Zaki Hasan Birth.Movies.Death. The movie that proved that even extinction wasn't enough to stop the King of the Monsters. Sep 5, 2019 Full Review Witney Seibold Nerdist The film has a halcyon quality. It's great. May 22, 2019 Full Review Tim Brayton Antagony & Ecstasy A Godzilla movie of particular grandeur and seriousness. Rated: 7/10 Mar 31, 2014 Full Review Bob Chipman Escapist Magazine There's a little too much time spent riffing on Aliens and Starship Troopers, but the finale is haunting and even poetic as these things go. Dec 6, 2005 Full Review Emanuel Levy EmanuelLevy.Com Rated: 3/5 Aug 21, 2005 Full Review Mark Bowen Film Threat [It] may be the most action packed film in the whole series. Khaliel P Godzilla vs Destoroyah closes the Heisei era with a dark and emotional finale. Godzilla, whose nuclear heart is in meltdown, faces Destoroyah, a monster born from the mutated Oxygen Destroyer of 1954. Linking back to the original film through Dr. Yamane’s grandson, the story combines tragedy, rage, and sorrow, culminating in a haunting climax. With Kazuki Omori’s script paying heartfelt tribute to the franchise, the film became the biggest Japanese hit of 1995 and is still remembered as one of the finest Godzilla entries—a perfect swan song for the King of the Monsters. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/24/25 Full Review randomshjt 2. A good end to the heisei era Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/20/25 Full Review Ryu Y A great Godzilla movie with a powerful and emotional ending to the saga. A must-watch for any Godzilla fan. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/12/25 Full Review jay B. Best movie Toho has ever made. point plank period. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/29/25 Full Review Kyle P Of all the Godzilla movies i've seen (which is maybe 2), this is the worst of the bunch. HATED IT!
