Grown Ups is a comedy film released in 2010 and is set in a lake house in USA, Massachusetts during a summer weekend. It tells the story of five childhood friends who reunite after the death of their former basketball coach. They spend a weekend together with their families, reliving old memories and learning important lessons about friendship, family and growing up. And it lasts 1 hour and 42 minutes. Grown Ups stars Adam Sandler as Lenny Feder, Kevin James as Eric Lamonsoff and Chris Rock as Kurt McKenzie. My favourite character is Lenny Feder because he is funny and makes good jokes. Grown Ups is a good film for people who like comedy movies.

Grown Ups feels like one of those films that mistakes loud noise and celebrity friends for actual comedy. Adam Sandler has done better, but this one just comes off as lazy, unfocused, and painfully unfunny. It’s basically a collection of skits that don’t really connect, relying too heavily on "guys hanging out" humor that quickly gets stale. There are other Adam Sandler films that miss the mark too—like Little Nicky (which, for me, is more of a "meh" experience than outright terrible)—but Grown Ups really stands out for how empty it feels. It doesn’t build anything memorable, and the jokes rarely land in any satisfying way. Overall, it feels like a throwaway project that never needed to exist. 1/10.

I was so excited about the movie because there were such famous actors but I was quickly disappointed. There was no real conflict or legitimate drama and it wasn't that funny.
