Inspired by true events, He's Watching You unearths a terrifying Detroit legend -- a mysterious man in a blood-red coat known only as The Pill, said to be behind countless disappearances. For one boy, the nightmare became real when The Pill tried to take him. Years later, the legend resurfaces as a string of brutal murders rocks the community, and a reclusive teen stumbles upon disturbing VHS tapes with footage tied to the killings.
