I have worked with better actors in over a dozen Community Theaters. Audrey Kovar as Rose is probably the only glint of a standout. She had more organic moments that showed a talent in progress, her effort of living the scene is evident. The others acting is cookie cutter level method. There's a time and place for sarcasm, but the players in this film rely on it like a crutch. In my opinion good sarcasm is metered out with time and training. It's one of the tougher elements to do well. It's also what a lot of people tend to slide into to heavily and quickly. If it's done without a lot of training and practice, it comes off really bad on film. I said to myself, Wow ok! The movie was interesting from the beginning but for me, got better as the plot developed into what the hideout was, and that mysterious beautiful young woman represented, trouble! I liked it!
