The film's a goner but hopefully the four talented actors at its centre will make it out alive. Go to Full Review

Whilst Axelgaard as a director could be one to watch, in this instance he's regrettably hamstrung by the tired trappings of the found footage cycle, into which he is unable to breathe fresh air. Go to Full Review

If "Hollow" is found footage, then for gosh's sake, put it back. The only shocking thing about this British direct-to-video import is how it ever got made in the first place. Go to Full Review

02/13/2021 Hollow 10.2.21 3.4/0. Slow burner, so slow it didnt get started. Some great acting, camera shots and atmosphere but it just didn't do it for me. Great time to have a good book to pass the time, so a good job I had one to hand. D.B. See more 05/08/2020 A turkey so bad, not even Bernard Matthews would have considered selling it. Quite literally nothing happens until the last five minutes, and even then it's less ‘scare' and more ‘meh'. Actually, it's mega-meh. A blast in the face of nuclear strength meh. The characters make some mind-bogglingly ridiculous and astonishingly irrational decisions, which left me cheering for whatever was out there to rip their faces off. I'm Team Bogeyman on this one. Utter bilge. See more 12/03/2016 Nothing! Seen Nothing scary in this movie , because there was nothing to see , some sounds ...so what ...then they Hang ! Fin ! Give me and some friends a camera and we fix also a movie like this or better ! SOMDVD See more 10/08/2015 Another found footage style movie with unseen threats and people screaming because of noises in the dark. Actors were actually decent, unfortunately they had nothing to work with. Boring. See more 09/18/2015 Couples end up trapped near a haunted area in the British countryside in this found footage film and then it devolves into the most boring parts of The Blair Witch Project, never showing the viewer anything all that scary and relying on loud noises and jumpscares to get a rise out of you. Rental? At best? See more 01/29/2015 Another found footage film. I thought it was done effectively in the last 10-15 minutes. It has its flaws but you could view it as a British take on Blair Witch Project with better acting and better construction on the plot. See more Read all reviews
