I did not find that the movie was predictable other than you knew that they would catch the killer! However, there were some twists and turns than were entirely unpredictable! I did not expect the cop on surveillance to fall asleep on the job! It was amazing that the police had to build the case further before arresting him, but it was so true to life! It was not like any other cop show where they do foot and car chases with a bunch of karate involved! The suspense was built up slowly! Now, you can predict almost everything about this movie, almost scene by scene. As a TV movie, the production, acting, etc. show limitations, and they don't intend this to be actually good. Still, within its constraints, it had good pacing and went about with everything in a straightforward manner. It had something endearing about it despite being mostly bad.
