Guido S Interesting concept but this documentary about Hummus just rambles all over the place. It would have been nice if they actually stated nutritional information instead of random individuals opinions & myths. An actually recipe would have been informative. They talk to a few hummus cooks but all seem to have "secret" ingredients. One actually recipe, come on, WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT. Chickpeas & mumbles ? One stated to make hummus you need yadda, yadda & Hummus... ¿What? You need Hummus to make hummus ? Also there's this insane martial art displayed which looks ridiculous. While in the U.S.Army I learned a few martial arts, the one in this film was just silly spazz moves of a 7 yr.old. During the film I couldn't help but Often think " What does THIS have to do with Hummus ? " OFTEN. It deals with a cursory glance at thier lives & none of them are very happy. Hummus the Movie.
