A reporter from America, Mavis Ho (Josie Ho), travels to Hong Kong to uncover the truth behind urban legends. She teams up with a radio producer named Ben (Francis Ng), who specializes in urban legends on his program Horror Hotline. A number of his callers claim to have encountered a horrifying baby-like apparition that was born in the 1960s and has possibly killed many people. Mavis and Ben grow frantic to uncover the mystery of the infant before it claims more lives.
