The actor’s charisma keeps the formulaic movie afloat, while director Collins displays a flair for action scenes. Go to Full Review

There's not much that's new or fresh in this creaky story of innocents getting inadvertently mixed up with criminals, and it's all made worse by the flat, dull characters and a general cluelessness. Go to Full Review

Mel Gibson puts forth an effort in this pedestrian low-budget crime thriller that hardly seems worth the trouble. Go to Full Review

For fans of the actor, it's a chance to see Mel Gibson at his best, proving in his sixties that he can still embody a tough, formidable antihero. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

A solid Gibson gives a sturdy foundation to the narrative, but his younger co-stars are just as good. Go to Full Review

Jerod S @jeroduptown 2d It's no shock what's going to happen in the movie - but Mel and his daughter have enough rapport to make it interesting. It starts to slide towards B grade hallmark at the end. See more Shane P 4d This was a solid movie. Wish they would have given some background of why Mel had the skill set he did but still good. See more Gary B Dec 29 The thing is ….. no. 1 Mel is awesome. A legend. And he brings this one out to show you he can still lethal weapon it as an AOP. The movie is the same old tried and trusted method you have seen time and time again…. Over and over and over. Now that doesn’t actually mean it’s bad. The movie is actually quite watchable. It’s not a bad movie and overall it’s a 5-6/10. However things that really grind gears. 1) So the end scene shows the mum - she’s about 6 years old (no really she’s aged 28/34) and I don’t quite understand that - unless Mel is the grandad and not the ‘dad’. 2) we don’t learn anything about Mel his past or - and he did an ok job at being the evil villain. Also I would shout out the American trying to be Irish thug man who did an ok job if you don’t listen too carefully to the accent 😅😅 but shout out to the Irish henchman who did a good job …. Other than that like I said it’s a red label cup of tea …. Spot of milk with a tip of a tea spoon sugar. See more John P. @johnnyp5 Dec 29 Enjoyable movie! Mel Gibson is hardly ever in a bad film.. Its not an action packed movie but leads up to an exciting end. The movie has a nice flow to it as well. Definitely worth a watch. I can see where it could not be for other viewers who want a deep storyline or more action but I thought it was done well and kept my attention. Good movie👍 See more Aldis H Dec 28 By the numbers, about as boring and inconsequential as you can get. See more James K @KielyClan Dec 27 Unfortunately this is a poor film. I love Mel Gibson in films but this film is poor on all fronts. The casting. The story. The action. All below par. I expected a lot more tbh. See more Read all reviews
