Manthony A 2 stars for Carl . I met him once at a Snaffle bit convention in Reno. I was working security and I heard a strong but polite voice ask "Excuse me, do you know where the bathroom is?" I turned around and there stood Carl Weathers in tight wranglers, cowboy boots and Cowboy hat in the last place I expected to see him. I'd interacted with several celebrities over my short college security job and some were nice and some were rude (Foxy Brown), I told him where it was, he said thank you with a knowing twinkle in his eye and walked off. It was such a benign interaction but he had a instant charisma about him it stuck with me. And when people talk about famous people I always say I met Carl Weathers. Rest in Peace Cowboy. I don't know what this movie is about, or if I like it, but I'll tell you next week. The acting never rises above average. The story fails to convince and is all too predictable. There is some decent cinematography. The score is strictly routine for the genre.
