Noel Murray Los Angeles Times Aside from the British accents, there's nothing here to distinguish "I Am Vengeance" from any '80s/'90s straight-to-video fodder. Aug 23, 2018 Full Review Ed Travis Cinapse The Britishness of I Am Vengeance is probably its second greatest strength behind Bennett himself. Oct 31, 2018 Full Review Bobby LePire Film Threat I Am Vengeance does not break the mold, but it uses its tried and true formula to good effect. Decent action, interesting characters, and a fantastic cast make for a fun watch. Rated: 7/10 Oct 29, 2018 Full Review Ron Wilkinson It's Just Movies Routine revenge flick offers little to the genre. Audience Member In the final fight of "I Am Vengeance," Bennett and Daniels in tactical gear, get into Bennett's Power: Despite his size and strength, Bennett finds himself challenged as Daniels uses his tactical skill, landing quick strikes and counterattacks. His martial arts background rules. Both fighters utilize their gear, the heavy boots and tactical elements make the blows feel impactful. As the fight progresses, Bennett, known for his sheer size and strength, appears to have the upper hand initially. However, Daniels, leveraging his agility, starts to turn the tide. This moment highlights how agility can often counteract raw power in combat. In a dramatic twist, Daniels wraps a wire around Bennett’s bull neck, like a predator ensnaring its prey. As the wire constricts, you can see Bennett’s struggle to break free, his tactical boots carving the ground and capturing the audience’s attention. His face shows testosterone mixed with the physical strain of fighting against a manly oponent that make him hard! Bu when Daniels is gaining the upper hand with his tactical prowess, a sudden gunshot shifts the dynamic instantly. After being shot, Daniels' character stumbles and falls, bleeding from the mouth. The sight of Gary Daniels' character, with his ripped physique convulsing in agony, spread-eagle with his tactical boots splayed, adds a testosterone-fueled massive visual to the visceral combat! Gary Daniels experiences his violent end in an overwhelming sense of twisted form of arousal, where violence and alpha male tension are intertwined. As he witnesses Daniels’ character in such a violent and manly agony, Bennett also experience a surge of excitation because of the rawness of the scene, combined with the primal elements of violence – and leads to a powerful climax! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/28/24 Full Review Dave V Good movie. Good plot and action. Not going to win any awards, but definitely a good fun watch. Very good fight scenes. This movie has that "something". Well of course more money too would have help ..some. Ending is like joke compared to commando's attack to big house but otherwise nice. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member Just a bad film. Tried way to hard to make women a part of it. Get new directors and cast.
