TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch 22 hrs ago Idiotka is a movie that I found quite interesting at first. It initially seemed like it was going to deliver on the idea of a reality fashion show, giving this girl the opportunity she needed to become a fashion designer. Unfortunately, she never really developed anything that felt worthy of the opportunity. Most of the designs were awful, which made the fashion aspect much less interesting than it should have been. I think this movie actually had promise, but it ultimately failed on almost every note. It never really connected with me, and the story never developed into anything beyond what it started as. There were opportunities to make the competition, characters, and fashion much more engaging, but the film never took advantage of them. Overall, I wasn’t a fan of Idiotka. It had an interesting premise and enough potential to become something entertaining, but the execution just didn’t work for me. The story felt underdeveloped, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
