Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Despite of Whoopi Goldberg and Sharon Stone appearance, this movie was boring as hell. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member The premise of this film was great but that’s just it the idea of the film is bigger than the production, In a nut shell the lead character just isn’t charismatic enough to carry off this film, I feel bad casting has cost this film greatly, having said that the parts played by Sharon stone and whoopi Goldberg are played well and well received. I would not recommend this film to anyone but as a exercise in a waste of money and time and missed opportunities it is a great example. Michael Rechtshaffen Hollywood Reporter A promising start, then it slumps. Jan 30, 2007 Full Review Justin Chang Variety A handful of chuckles, mostly courtesy of Whoopi Goldberg as the world's least encouraging mother, are weighed down by sluggish direction and an awful lot of dead time. Jan 25, 2007 Full Review Kim Voynar Cinematical ... a likable, mostly crowd-pleasing film with a lot of funny moments, and yet somehow it mysteriously falls a little flat in the latter half. Rated: 3/5 Feb 18, 2007 Full Review Zack Haddad Film Threat I enjoyed this film and I think so many others will enjoy if they have ever reminisced about the days past and the lost potential of their lives.
