John Leonard New York Magazine/Vulture Mary Higgins Clark's I'll Be Seeing You... like all previous Mary Higgins Clark TV movies, leaves almost everything to be desired. Jan 25, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Nick P This TV movie has taken one of Mary Higgins Clark's lesser novels and made it worse. Being only 90 minutes long it's had to strip out quite a few characters, but unfortunately in doing so it's also ditched one character that seems to be the obvious baddie so the element of misdirection is missing & we're left with one obvious candidate. I haven't yet seen a Mary Higgins Clark adaptation that's a patch on the original & this one is so far the worst. Last point, aside from a spirited Margot Kidder, the cast is uniformly dull, even the usually reliable Bo Svenson looks like he wished he were somewhere else. Not recommended. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 10/22/24 Full Review Ted B 3.0 stars; If you are a fan of Mary Higgins Clark, you will like this adaptation. It is a TV movie from the early 2000's. This was a typical level of production and actìng in those times (think Hallmark). Judging by today's standards isn't quite fair. It was fairly true to the novel, so, as a fan of mysteries, I enjoyed it. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/29/24 Full Review Audience Member Patricia's father is missing and is summoned to identify her double in the morgue (a double she didn't know even existed). So she starts her own investigations into her father's disappearance and a local fertility clinic -- which should be OK, but she doesn't come across like Columbo or even Jesse Stone. But, being a made-for-TV type of movie, everything is wrapped up with a pretty bow. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Simply a gorgeous movie with honest performances. A war time romance with hidden secrets set during Christmas time. Fell in love with this movie, especially the combination of Ginger Rogers and Joseph Cotten who have amazing chemistry on screen. Shirley Temple in an adolescent role is sweet though you can see why her acting career began to demise around this time. A film that you can become involved in and an overall sweet and feel good film that is a pleasure to watch more than once. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Bad acting, bad plot, bad production- just all-around bad. I couldn't even sit through this whole movie. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Made in 2004 a TV movie that's as inept as it comes, so i thing some of the other reviews are thinking of the original.
