Ashley H In Love and War is an okay film. It is about three young marines who have shore leave in San Francisco before being shipped off to fight in World War II. Robert Wagner and Jeffrey Hunter give decent performances. The script is a little slow in places. Philip Dunne did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the drama. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 08/06/23 Full Review Audience Member ok post WWII movie about WWII Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member High grade soap opera/war movie with quality production values and a talented cast most of whom are underused since the film tries to tell to many stories at once. Still everyone performs well, looks beautiful and it's all told entertainingly. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Read all reviews
