babarizam D May 30 Script is awful and the guy was a terrible actor back than. See more N P Dec 8 "In the Land of Women" is a movie that you can tell had heart. I have to admit that there are some surprising moments that got to me emotionally and had some resonance. The film was made with good quality, the cast is great, and the script is somewhat clever. But, there indeed was messiness in the concept, which was jarring, and the movie felt predictable and cheesy. However, I do feel like someone who is dealing with some interpersonal issues, angst or just feels lost - can get something out of this movie. I get to love her again in In the Land of Women. I love Mackenzie Vega in this; whoever she is. I hate Stewart and Anaya; whoever they are. Stewart just sucks to me all the time thus far. In the Land of Women seems released early to me as if to say keeping Sophia-the-dumper away and turning Lucy down can turn a grown man into a child. <3 :) Alicia Lynne.
