It was an interesting concept and it really set it apart from others of its subgenres. However, the trope of the creepy "hero" and the romanticization of his illegal and creepy behavior destroyed the uniqueness of the film. Maybe someday someone will take the concept and really run with it and take it where it deserves to go.

Terrible acting and the same demon shit you've seen before. Found footage films with bad acting is even worse than just regular films with bad acting because to give you the illusion that these normal people picked up a camera and filmed everything is completely ruined from the get go when they feel like bad actors. I like the idea of a possessed person going to rehab but there's nothing interesting in this film that helps its story of cliche repetition.
