Trissy C @RT27667875 Apr 5 This is an exquisite film. It is also a therapeutic film. The director is, among other things, a meditation teacher and musician. The film takes you into a direct experience of your oneness with the universe and all that exists. It illustrates how consciousness and your separate self are actually one integrated matrix. Daniel Schmidt explains how Nature, Energy, the Cosmos and your Self are all one uninterrupted Intelligence. He postulates that much of our current discord and distress on this planet stem from our mistaken assumption that we ARE our thoughts. By using many beautiful images and sounds from world spiritual traditions, plant and animal life, scientific images of microscopic and subatomic realities and macro images of galaxies, spectrums of light and sound, he leads your nervous system into a feeling of Oneness. You are NOT your thoughts. You are a human Be-ing, and you can practice Acceptance of What Is in your life rather than coerce yourself with excess effort. You may find yourself seeing more detail in everything and connecting more with everything. I've watched it several times and plan on continuing. I feel like I learn something new each time.
