The tough and reality-bruised Captain JJ Collins (Elsa Pataky) finds herself in charge of a lone nuclear missile interceptor base in the middle of the Pacific Ocean after she is wrongfully drummed out of her dream job at the Pentagon. When a simultaneous coordinated attack then threatens the base itself, Collins comes face-to-face with the charismatic yet crooked Alexander Kessel (Luke Bracey), a former US military intelligence officer intent on carrying out an unthinkable plan. With only minutes on the clock, Collins must utilize her years of tactical training and military expertise to determine who she can trust and stop Kessel and his covert mercenaries from completing their twisted and terrible mission.

The latest Netflix feature may be all kinds of impractical and over-the-top, but I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that every moment in this 96-minute runtime is downright entertaining.

“Interceptor” somehow manages to hold your attention. Lots of it has to do with Pataky who earns our sympathies. Not so much for the terrorist threat her character faces, but for the task she’s given of making a really sub-par script entertaining.

Another movie that is unrealstic, too simple and the same as always. At my age it is annoying and boring to be presented with the same lame story telling over and over again. A pity, that money is wasted on a good idea with such a shitty outcome.

Absolute garbage. Cheap, corny, borderline comedy due to how hilariously bad it is. I enjoy a corny action film every now and then but this is diabolical. I expected more from Chris hemsworth

its no more than what its supposed to be... sorta like Die Hard on the real cheap.. plot makes little sense but the hero wins all the improbable fight scenes after getting stabbed, tossed, strangled... and I guess its fun watching a 5'3" 100lb soaking wet woman beat up a 6'3" 240lb trained killer... who wouldn't like that? except the guys mother... grab some popcorn and lay back and enjoy...
