Oliver H Inuyashiki uses its creative plot and incredibly well-written characters to weave an unforeseen narrative on the workings of the human mind, the harshness of the world around us, karma, grief, and love so heartful and moving that it blows everything in its demographic out of the water. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/18/21 Full Review Audience Member Pelicula de superheroes diferente a lo que nos tienen acostumbrados en Hollywood. Muy chulo el diseño de los robots Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member I have a simple taste and this movie is an absolute "bang!" for me. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the better live-action adaptations of manga/anime. Not only that it doesn't suck, it's actually good. As someone who hasn't read the manga or watched the anime series, I find Inuyashiki to be quite a unique and satisfying superhero film. Full review: https://bit.ly/2KQCSjM Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie does a take on the mild mannered hidden hero promoting the virtues of a good heart, it has powerful themes via the robotic powers the older man hero receives and then uses to help others. The young man who also receives powers cannot comes to terms with those who hurt his mother and the injustice of the world around him makes him unable to forgive but rather to feed into hatred in his heart. The story shows the need for forgiveness rather than hatred and for the world to change its narccisistic tendencies for there are many who need a hand today and if they were helped would not turn into an angry young man on a death rampage. Interestingly the mode of killing occurs through the screens of all the technology devices such as mobile phones youth are so hooked on today perhaps a metaphor for the destructiveness of humans toward each other technology is killing the human factor off.
