Deirdre Crimmins Film Thrills Inverse has a lot going for it. It is a film that knows its limits and uses it to its advantage, rather than fighting it. Aug 21, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Being a time-travel enthusiast I read reviews toting this film as a must-see. If I could travel in time I would go back and get a refund for the rental. The performances were lackluster, though Josh Wingate played it well and kept the mystery alive with his believable performance, the supporting cast was anything but convincing. Clearly a low-budget film from the setting to the cast, the writers should find new occupations. This film created more questions than answers and offered virtually zero resolution to the storyline. It was a confusing movie from start to finish and offered no genuine insight into time travel or what the hell was actually going on. The golden opportunity to offer even a shred of insight only served to perpetuate the idea that we are too stupid to understand. The writers had no clue how to resolve the concept and therefore placed that burden on the viewer by suggesting the answer was like reading Chinese that even a Chinaman wouldn't understand. Really? I looked to see how much run-time was remaining several times because I just wanted it to be OVER! They should have paid me to watch. It was painful.
