James I I am not the target demographic for these movies. And apparently I watched them out of order. That being said, I thought overall they are fantastic. The first one to me is the weakest, but still enjoyable. The second is better and the third is best with the most coherent plot. What I loved about these films is that they really captured what it was like being a kid. The wide-eyed unbridled imagination that kids have. The actress that plays Bean is so good. She's hilarious. My kids are grown, so my husband & I watched it by ourselves and really enjoyed it. We even laughed that we were thankful that our kids ARE grown, as this movie would have given them awful/funny ideas. 😉 The two actresses who played the leads were wonderful, but Keslee Blaylock was particularly adorable.
