Jane White (Kim Little) is a disturbed young woman living in her own bizarre TV fantasy land. For Jane, life itself is a television program, and she dreams of becoming a star on the small screen. Convincing herself that Gerry King (David L. Lander), a popular talk show host, is her birth father, she sets out on an adventurous road trip -- aided by her equally looney boyfriend, Dick (Wil Wheaton) -- to confront her "father" on the air, and, just maybe, make a splash on reality television.

Betsy Bozdech DVDJournal.com It's definitely twisted, and it's at least a little sick, but Jane White probably is destined to have a shelf-life only slightly longer than last week's TV Guide. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Could be underground surrealist fun if it weren't so amateurish. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member THIS IS AN AWESOME MOVIE!!! This movie is hilarious and rather witty. We just happened to rent it a few years back and fell in love with it. If you like stupid movies like Napoleon Dynamite, this is a great movie for you! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member This dark comedy is really sick and twisted and funny as well. Loaded with cameos by former TV stars.
