Jimmy (James G. Weber) makes cat food for a living, spends too much money on boozing and gambling, and is painfully aware of the fact that he's about to turn 50, so at the behest of his director friend, Simon (Simon Sauvé), he decides to use his creativity to try and make something of himself. Pretending to be a Hollywood producer, Jimmy offers to create an ad campaign for a local rodeo, but when they reject him, he decides to take revenge with a scheme to steal the rodeo's entire beer supply.
