Panos Kotzathanasis Asian Movie Pulse Despite some issues in the narrative here and there, “Cart” emerges as a rather interesting and rewarding movie, especially for its rather realistic rendition of a profession most people look down upon. Rated: 7 Jan 2, 2023 Full Review Andrew Heskins easternKicks.com Some great performances from a stunning ensemble cast, but veers towards the predictable in socially-edged melodrama from Korea... Rated: 3.5/5 Sep 23, 2020 Full Review Edmund Lee South China Morning Post Despite its run-of-the-mill characterisation, this second feature by director Boo Ji-young largely engages with its sincere attempt at social critique. Rated: 3/5 Apr 2, 2016 Full Review Donald J. Audience Member We all know we can't trust what critics say, and the rating they've given this movie should be criminal. The movie has heart and realistic, driven, passionate characters who feel extremely human. The women in this film have to balance their fight with their daily lives, and they're absolutely not perfect at it and I adore it. If you are familiar with the Occupy in Hong Kong, then this movie should remind you of that. Throughout the movie I felt the same anger and stress and fear that our Union felt, and I think that even though I wasn't feeling positive emotions, it is a very positive part of the movie. If you struggle financially or if you don't worry about money it doesn't matter: you should experience this movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Soapy, & disappointing. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Looks familiar to what I saw a year ago. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews
