Mark H. Harris Black Horror Movies Killjoy 2 signaled the start of a whitewashing trend in this franchise that would see each successive film feature less and less of a black presence (and more and more corny attempts at humor that fall flat). Rated: 2/5 Jan 10, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

Max H The storyline is a bit of an improvement over the first film (barely), but otherwise it's pretty much on the same level. However, I felt Killjoy himself should've had more screen time. Trent Haaga was pretty good in the title role, but I think Angel Vargas in the first movie was more memorable. Like with the first Killjoy, you have to know exactly what you're going into to enjoy it for what it is: Campy B movie horror dumb fun. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Andrea Gorini G un film che tutto sommato non è brutto a differenza del primo film, ma comunque più o meno rane insufficente Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/19/22 Full Review tom k Very slow moving--more than half the film is spent before getting to Killjoy himself. It's alright if you view this as a film made by a mostly inexperienced cast and crew just learning their craft. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Very slow moving--more than half the film is spent before getting to Killjoy himself. It's alright if you view this as a film made by a mostly inexperienced cast and crew just learning their craft. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Killjoy, the Movie that (apparently) was dying for a sequel. This movie starts out with an unrelated cop chase then people swearing at each other while cops act like bored parents over these *troubled* teenagers. Their car Radomly shuts down in the middle of the woods at night (typical). Then they find a cabin two people get shot, and somewhere along there killjoy pops up. You also don't see killjoy until 38 minutes into the film, and what is with his hair? It's huge but, besides that he looks and sounds better then he did in the first movie. Killjoy was somewhat cool before he started (in the forest) making chicken noises for no good reason, and he did that for a minute. So many strange things in this movie. So overall this movie is very boring, and doesn't have anything new to offer to this awful series. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member I'm torn is this worse or not?? It can't be can it?? Yet it is giving it a bloody good go by adding even more bad actors and a script I'm sure a 10 year old wrote Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews
