      Audience Member Trials of a unusually dedicated LA cop/social worker and her all-in devotion to two young street kids to get them back on the straight and narrow path. It seems teacher and pupil can learn from each other in this film featuring the patented style of a Mehri/Pepin production. Best part was Shore's husband admonishing her for bad language right after she catches him in bed with one of the teens. She kicks him out but teaches the teen how to read!
