Audience Member The footage is grainy (hey, it's OLD) but the performances and sound are stellar. And Charlie smiles A LOT. The Stones on FIRE!!! If you're a fan, you must see this asap. Also - the first time they're doing "Exile" tunes live. "Happy" is an instant classic and Keef is stunningly sober!!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Great live concert, taken from the Stones' 1972 Exile on Main Street tour. The Stones are at their peak here, as Exile on Main Street was their last truly great album (and is, for me, the second greatest album of all time, after Led Zeppelin IV). Plus, this was before the larger scale and special effects wizardry of their later concerts, so you still get the intimate feeling of a rock band hard at work and meshing perfectly. Great music and performance, well captured. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Awesome concert DVD!!! The stones ROCK!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member There aren't enough good classic era Stones concert dvds. It's pretty much this and Gimme Shelter. We do have a plethora of crusty old new Millenium Stones concerts, though. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Great concert of THE GREATEST ROCK N ROLL BAND EVER! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member bought the DVD yesterday...a must see for any Stones fan especially one who loved "Exile On Main Street" Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
