S R Almost good. It was tedious and frustrating, but at the same time well made and well acted. I wish they would have been able to have more of Paris to show its eccentricities. Saw on TCM. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/17/23 Full Review James B Taylor is at the height of her beauty. One and a half stars for the eye candy factor. Among other things, the editing is horrendous. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 06/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Great cast . Drags on a bit, but a good story and setting in Paris Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/30/21 Full Review Audience Member Sad …..ends with forgiveness and love❤️ Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/16/21 Full Review Audience Member A beautiful, emotional, firework show of a film that greatly touches upon everything. War, romance, sickness, and more. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Blobbo asks: did you know Albert Brooks' real last name was Einstein? Not really. But slow slow movie allows much time for this, and other ponderings. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

TIME Magazine This picture tries to please everybody. It won't. Mar 23, 2011 Full Review Variety Staff Variety An engrossing romantic drama that tells a good story with fine performances and an overall honesty of dramatic purpose. Apr 8, 2008 Full Review Bosley Crowther New York Times What is to be said of such a picture? The story is trite. The motivations are thin. The writing is glossy and pedestrian. The acting is pretty much forced. Rated: 1.5/5 Mar 25, 2006 Full Review Matt Brunson Film Frenzy The film struggles with its bathetic components.
