I’m sure some of its logic could be picked apart if you’re into that kind of thing, but I enjoyed it as a taut, white-knuckle space thriller that looks great and absolutely nails it’s ending. That’s enough for me.

Ese final hace que valga totalmente la pena ver está película, desde que la nave que la chica choca en el espacio te das cuenta que puede tener un final así, aún así considero que la manejaron bastante bien para darte este gran "Plot twist". No creo que Calvin tenga la capacidad de acabar con toda la humanidad pero te deja con la intriga de que pudiera pasar. 100% recomendada, es muy entretenida.

Coming from someone who isn’t keen on most sci-fi films, I thought this film was pretty good. The story was strong and unpredictable in comparison to other alien films. The crew were likeable and gave good performances all round. The film itself is shot well and captures some visually-beautiful scenes of space. I can’t say I agree with the negative reviews for this film. Would recommend to watch.

An atmospheric, Alien-esque cosmic-horror, Life succeeds with flying colors in grounding it’s far-fetched premise with enough real sounding/looking science to hook and reel you in, all as gruesome twists and gripping uncertainties duel for maximum potency, with occasional poetic quotes and emotional catharses to keep the meaning and stakes afloat in this downward spiral.
