Daytime saleslady Mary Wilson (Whitney Bourne) and nighttime trucking manager Gary Martin (James Dunn) share the same single-room apartment. Though they never cross paths at home, they become increasingly antagonistic, leaving nasty notes and playing practical jokes. Separately, the pair meet by chance and fall in love, unaware of their domestic link. Complicating matters are the people they're already involved with, a supervisor (Franklin Pangborn) and an heiress (Joan Woodbury).

Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member the original story was funny and worked well but this re-working is a definite miss, possibly having something to do with being released after the "Code" came into effect.
