Audience Member So bad on so many levels. Slow and boring from beginning to end. Jenny Hill is interested in outlaw James Miller and he's...confused? In their first scene together, meeting one night outside of a saloon, James keeps telling Jenny to stop touching him. When she persists to paw at him, he draws his gun and puts it to his head which makes her stop. Jenny is proposed to by Miller Brown, a meek and lonely farmer. She has no interest in him, but after her last meeting with the outlaw, gives in and goes through with the wedding. On their wedding night Jenny pushes Miller away forcefully, and then two weeks later she writes her mother complaining how lonely she is and her husband won't touch her. Duh! Anyway, this takes about half the movie, then the other half deals with Miller being a werewolf which no one really cares about once it is revealed. And after the outlaw and the werewolf have a fight which looks more like a waltz, Miller is miraculously cured of his condition. Stefan Birgir Stefans sbs.is What I hate more is that the talented Masterson ended up starring in a melodrama that makes Sidney Sheldon’s stuff look like high art. Most episodes of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman were more cinematic than this. Rated: 1/5 Sep 24, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews
