His characters personality seems to change in every scene. It is dreadful to watch him "act" in this. I am not sure they knew what to do with his character - the main character - in the movie. He is sometimes: goofy, nerdy, smart, dumb, introspective, emotionless, spoiled, passionate, immature, caring, vengeful, fashionable and geeky. There is no continuity to his character. It is like they made it up as they filmed each scene. Even the great actors can't seem to save this bomb.
