Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member HotRod as a fugitive attempting to prove his innocence in the murder of a fellow con by prison guards. Not bad for direct-to-video fare. Best scene is the drunk who offers Roddy a few dollars to cover damages after flattening his girlfriend with his car.
