matthias s As a huge Marvel fan, I was excited to watch *Hulk: Where Monsters Dwell*, especially with its Halloween tie-in and Nightmare as the villain. The animation is solid, and the plot seemed promising, but ultimately, it left me disappointed. While Nightmare is a fantastic choice for a Halloween-themed story, the other monsters were underdeveloped and deserved more screen time. The focus shifted more toward Doctor Strange than the Hulk, which felt unbalanced, considering this was supposed to be Hulk's story. At just over an hour, it was too short to fully explore its potential, and it ended up feeling more like a long episode of a TV show than a complete film. It’s not a bad movie, just boring and lacking in depth. If you're a hardcore Marvel fan, you might enjoy it, but I was hoping for more. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/08/24 Full Review Gerard S I don't even know why they keep making trash Hulk content Rated 1 out of 5 stars 09/26/24 Full Review andrius y realmente aburrida ,mediocre ,con una pĂ©sima adaptaciĂłn y aunque sea un producto infantil ni siquiera cumple con ello , lo que mas me molesta es que esta pelĂcula tenga mejor calificaciĂłn que planeta hulk, no tiene nada de sentido. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Altamente recomendĂĄvel uma das melhores animaçÔes da Marvel Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Well...it's better than the Heroes United cartoons. The animation is serviceable, the voice acting is good (I especially liked how Nightmare's VA channelled his inner "Mark-Hamill-Joker") and the pacing is better than most of the Marvel Animated Features (the ones from Lionsgate, to be specific) feeling more like a movie. But this film set in the continuity of the "Avengers, Assemble" cartoon - which I have no interest in watching, especially because it's not part of the MCU, despite the show serving as a glorified commercial for it for nearly the entirety of its run - suffers from juvenile dialogue, jokes and quips that fall flat, stiff action sequences, a plot that doesn't do the Howling Commandoes justice and having Hulk be out of focus in his own movie in favour of Doctor Strange, because his movie was coming out a month later. I have no idea why I keep watching these damned Marvel cartoons on a whim but not to worry, I don't have many left to watch. And I guess this helps kill some time while waiting for Doctor Strange's next MCU appearance in the upcoming, at the time I'm writing this, Spider-Man film: No Way Home. At least the trailer drop means that people won't harass Sony's YouTube channel anymore and it'll be safe for a teaser for the Uncharted movie to come out now. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member It would be better IF IT WAS A DR STRANGE MOVIE. Dr Strange is one of my favourite comic book characters but god this movie is trash. Hulk is barely part of the movie that is how much the movie focuses on dr strange and it is so annoying. At the beginning, I had hoped for this movie but now that I have completed watching it I am disappointed Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews
