Audience Member Not so stellar flick, with a curious wuxia approach to Bodhidharma, where fun is a little cluttered by the preachy message. Lots of Chinese-faked-Indians. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Great movie that takes you to another place and time. Packed with good moral fiber, great acting and excellent choreographed fight scenes. One of my all time favorites. Intellectually stimulating and spiritually uplifting. It would be nice to see it in English but as it stands it is also one of my favorite movies for using as a study aid as I study Mandarin Chinese(it has english, Simple Chinese and Traditional Chinese subtitles). A must have for any student of philosphy(the love of wisdom) and any Martial Art aficionado. Top shelf stuff. One of the most motivating films I've ever seen.
