Felix M The dialogue and chemistry of main characters was good. Good chill movie but could use one or two improvements. Eg. Character arcs Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/04/24 Full Review Emily F The idea was ok, but in my opinion it was poorly executed. The movie was bleak. I don't know how it's a comedy movie, when it wasn't that funny. The movie made me depressed. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/11/24 Full Review Matthew M Really good movie. Highly recommend. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/21/24 Full Review Ron T A more realistic look at dating a friend. It doesn't have the typical ending. I enjoyed the Chicago scenery. I met my wife in Chicago in 1978. We started dating in 1981, and got married 5 months later. Don't analyze everything. Go with your heart and make a commitment to God. 42 year anniversary last month, 3 kids, 6 grandkids. It can be done. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/06/23 Full Review Ali A this movie is everything! if you like regular rom coms or hallmark type of movies you will NOT like this movie. it has more of an anti rom com feel. it's much edgier than the other E! romcoms so be warned. some moments felt a little off, but I loved the characters and it felt so real, like a relationship I had. the Indian restaurant scene was chef's kiss. And the ending was ahhhhhmazing. Like seriously tears. but again, if you like down the middle rom coms you won't like this. it's so different in a good way Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/04/23 Full Review Kim F Very cliché. Each moment of progress in their friendship/romance was so predictable. Awkward sex. Awkward dates. Old girlfriend interferes. Ending years of friendship out of insecurity. And the ending was really empty and dumb. Three minutes of no talking to end a two hour movie. You put too much faith in the acting for that.
