I've observed concerted efforts on Mormon forums to outvote the critics on this site. Despite the high chance that many Mormons haven't even watched the film, they're working together to portray this movie in a much more flattering light than it deserves.

It's true that the film doesn't delve very deep into Mormonism itself or the doctrines, but that's not the point of this film. The point is to show the world the stories of individuals within the church and the sort of people they are. If you're looking for perspectives on Mormonism itself, there are plenty of other sources for that. The people featured in the film are interesting, inspirational individuals and the film does a good job of showing how members in the church live their lives.

It's cool to see how other Christians of my faith, live their lives, all around the world. :D...I enjoyed it very much, and don't suppose anyone would be offended, unless that was the desired intent, which is obviously unfortunate. ;)
