When detective Lawrence is called in to investigate the mysterious death of a professor, he isn't convinced that it's murder. His initial investigation bears him out until someone breaks into the professor's office, and another body turns up.

Interesting story and I rather liked it. However, the acting was so bad. I have seen & been in community theatre productions with better acting than this movie.

Lots of twists and turns in the plot. I really enjoyed the movie, would enjoy a Michael Lawrence franchise. It feels like a production crew dropped in to a random town and used all the locals in many supporting roles. I recommend this movie.
