Mike, Nick, Nick, and Alice is a decent enough sci-fi dramedy that blends futuristic ideas with grounded reality in a way that keeps it watchable, even if it never becomes anything truly great. I expected it to be a little more entertaining, but it still has enough charm to hold your attention. Vince Vaughn is very hit or miss for me, and here he lands somewhere in the middle. He is not bad, but he is not the strongest part of the film either. James Marsden once again proves why he is such a reliable actor, bringing charisma and depth to the material. Eiza González, Keith David, and Jimmy Tatro also help give the movie life and energy. The screenplay takes a familiar time-travel concept but avoids becoming too cheesy, which helps the ending feel fresher than expected. Overall, it is not amazing, but it is fun, likable, and definitely worth checking out if the cast appeals to you.

I tried to stick with this as the concept seemed fun, but the pacing was totally off and I lost interest half way through. It wasn't funny enough, there wasn't enough action and attempts at being stylish simply failed (cue unnecessary slo-mo sequences). Not worth the time tbh

I thoroughly enjoyed this film. It was a little slow to start but, once it got into the swing of it, there was a nice balance of action and simple comedic moments. It has heart to it and is the perfect movie for an evening in, that isn’t too taxing to watch. It’s not a movie that makes you think too much, it’s just there to be enjoyed and I love that.
