Ian R Dec 10 This is a mob movie without the Scorsese type cliches. It is well cast with unknown actors and the story is not particularly complex. The performance of the protagonist drew me into the plot and the I was interested in what would become of him and his wife and teenage daughter. There is some blood and violence but only to those who 'deserve' it. I don't think that this is a particular moral point that the director intended to draw attention to, but it adds to the action and demonstrates a side of the main character. Standout performances by seasoned industry heavyweights Robert LaSardo and James Russo lend credibility to this story of loss and betrayal. Dapagio brings realism and heart and takes the viewer on a roller coaster ride to the ultimate finale. Hard to believe this is a freshman effort. Keep ‘em coming Ciro. A+! See more Miklo V 12/15/2024 Solid Indy film with some pretty good performances. Something about the music and score drew me in - Overall just felt it needed more spice.
