Jaminowy G Light in this one is something I've never seen before. slow pace and visual emptieness makes you feel like you are watching someones weird, foggy dream Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/25/22 Full Review joe m Visually stunning Polish film of convent of possessed nuns, as lead by Joan, their Mother Superior. After one priest had come to 'help' the nuns and wound up burned at the stake, another priest, Father Joseph, comes to exorcise the demons yet gets more than he could imagine. A bit long and more cerebral than horror, yet just sit back and let it subsume you. A must see. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Much too earnest about religion for my taste. His earlier Night Train is miles better. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Filme de beleza perturbadora. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Superb Polish tale of Exorcism--Rare Diamond!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Jerzy Kawalerowicz's art horror, it's not just one of the best films about faith and religion, but also could bring a big debate about the theme. William Friedkin's The Exorcist, for certain was inspired in this 60's classic with great actings by the cast. Surrealist, tense and surprising. Fresh.
