Synopsis
Director Paul Joyce explores the career of acclaimed German filmmaker Wim Wenders, from his emergence in the New German Cinema of the late 1960s to his highly distinctive, signature cinematic style of the late 1980s. Combining interviews with Wenders and his collaborators -- actors Dennis Hopper, Peter Falk and Harry Dean Stanton, musician Ry Cooder and cinematographer Robby Muller -- alongside clips from Wenders' films, Joyce provides an insightful guide to the work of a cinematic master.
