Mr. Car and the Knights Templar is disappointingly confusing and barely worth the effort. Its characters are not endearing in the slightest and the adventure they go on is quite hard to follow.

It’s content to be the thing that Netflixes away (yes, “Netflix” is a verb now) in the background while families’ attentions wander to more compelling things, like the untended laundry over there, or the dusty, unfinished jigsaw puzzle in the corner.

A perfect movie for a parent-child evening, but I wouldn't recommend it in any other case. The plot is quite flat, without twists or particular emotions, as you would expect from an adventure film like this. It will be interesting to see if the moderate success obtained will lead to the realization of a second chapter

This movie is so bad it's actually good. Plot - it's ok. Not sure who wrote this or filmed it but the movie needs help. No character development but the characters actually grow on you. I've enjoyed other Polish films but this one is just odd. This could have been a much better movie.

This movie could not decide if it's for adults or for kids. The plot is dumb, the adults are dumb, the kids know everything apparently, there was an assassin who can't /won't kill anyone, charavters who forget they have weapons available to them. I think they were aiming for a family friendly Da Vinci Code or National Treasure but they missed the mark by a mile. I keep telling myself maybe it will be better but no. It did not. Stay away. They wan't to convey a good message about kids at the end but the entire movie messed it up and it became a missed opportunity. Stay away.
