Based on a true story, this Australian drama follows the investigation into the murder of Megan Kalajzich (Linda Cropper), the wife of a prominent Croatian executive (Martin Sacks). While the husband seems to be the prime suspect, particularly given his affair with his secretary (Lucy Bell), the case, headed by Detective Bob "Snake" Inkster (Colin Friels), is far from cut and dried, with shady character George Cannellis (Chris Haywood) also factoring in to the proceedings.
