Fifi L @RT23178134 41m Honestly, this completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. It’s wonderfully weird, fiercely original, and has a ton of personality. Huge shoutout to Holly Rockwell, who was absolutely fantastic and easily one of the best parts of the entire film. Joe Bartone delivered something really unique here…it’s funny and unexpected, will be adding this to my frequent rotation. See more suzan S @Suzansolomon 4h It's a fun romp and ride with great heart. Though the leading character is clearly deluded about his chances in the big league of film making, he never gives up on his dream, especially when he has a visit in a dream with a popular lead actor, Paul Dano who encourages him to go for it. Most of the characters are gloriously uproarious and irreverent. Some of the characters are more deluded than others, but all of them win in a comedic sense of the word. So much creativity went into this film including the music composed by the Director/Writer/Producer Joe Bartone. So many of the characters all stand out in a zany comedic sense. All of which are related to the lead character played by Christopher Jones who haplessly orchestrates them, unable to control them. Who's movie inside a movie, a brilliant concept, I might add is realized through his imagination, encouragement from Paul's dream visit, and gritty help from his friends, and uncle.
