Mabu'atsela N Jan 7 In simple terms, it sucks. Your eyes won't be glued to the screen, they'll wonder in boredom. The storyline is ok but the acting isn't great. Maybe for kids. How do you come from behind an armed guy, roll past him, stop a good few meters in front of him & he just walks towards you holding a rifle like a broom, coming to get a beating, doesn't even point the gun at you. BTW, this is the 1st movie to prompt me to write a review, my 1st review, that's how much it sucked. See more Neil B 01/23/2024 I usually love Tom Sizemore but even he couldn't save this travesty of a movie. Utterly dreadful plot, shockingly wooden acting, terrible script, mind blowingly bad fight choreography, awful continuity and so many technical inaccuracies I lost count. Most annoyingly for me, the bit with the submarine (which the film was named after!) lasted for a tiny fraction of the film and looked nothing like a real "narco sub".
