Audience Member Night of the Sharks R (killing and guns) - Action and mystery Action Hero Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/06/24 Full Review David W Ironically, given its leading star, not a treat... Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 04/05/23 Full Review Audience Member is Treat Williams one the best b-movie action movie stars IMO yes. is Antonio Fargas one the best legit actors IMO yes. cool example of Italians making 80s style American action film(they're making what they think USA culture is like but w Italian sensibility). the yacht blowing up into the lady getting eaten by sharks is a solid lo-fi kill scene. excellent package art for VHS. it looks like they filmed in The Caribbean. they made blk locals dress up like hula dancers while doing a odd dance like they're being racist to Hawaiians unintentionally. it's Italian so of course there's a padre wearing a comically large cross necklace. super pretty Italian women. worth a watch if you have a good sense of humor & a 🖤for 80s low budget action. i also think the dude that thought up the concept for San Jose Sharks saw this movie in a video store. it pops out 1st w the sleeve art. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Review for 1990's "Deep Blood" It is truly amazing how much tension you can build with some underwater shark POV shots of swimmers' legs and some scary music. Throw in some decent National Geographic footage of a badass shark in there and you've got me jumping out of my seat more than once. Deep Blood sucks. It manages to freak you out with some Jaws-style POV moments, and a mysterious Indian (Native American actually) pops up, providing some unintentional laughs. Unfortunately Deep Blood isn't scary or unintentionally funny to recommend either way. Makes me wish I'd kept my copy of Orca: The Killer Whale.
