Synopsis
Georgie Peorgie (Philip Abbott), also known as the Tri-State Killer, goes on a three-day spree of mayhem and destruction, terrorizing the people of Chicago. He gets his kicks from causing car accidents and murdering random women he meets at strip clubs. Hoping to hedge him in, police officials block off an entire portion of of the city. The trouble is, there's a convoy of trucks carrying nuclear missiles that needs to get through. Will they stop Georgie in time?
