See more 08/11/2008 Decient if episodic biopic about Frank Nitti, Al Capones right hand man and later on his named successor (Ricca was the true power after Capone). Anthony LaPaglia gives a good performance even if he is somewhat melodramatic at times. Not bad for the $5 Dollar bin. See more Read all reviews
